On Friday, Jan 20, 2012, Helga sent me to Truck Trailer and Hitch at 2911 S-291 hwy in Independence to have a 5th wheel hitch and brake controller supplied by Liberty RV installed.
The staff at their Independence location was courteous, polite, and most importantly, knowledgeable, helpful and most definitely customer-oriented.
The installation on my 2012 Toyota Tundra was difficult and challenging, but Woody kept me informed and involved throughout the process.
I was extremely happy and satisfied with the task of the professional installation itself, and also the professional deportment and consideration shown me by their staff.
